Cancellation and Refund Policy
This policy applies when CareIL offers paid subscriptions.
Subscription cancellation
A subscription may be cancelled through the available account or billing controls or by contacting support. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, cancellation prevents the next renewal and access continues until the end of the paid billing period.
Refunds
Refund eligibility will be shown at purchase and will comply with mandatory consumer law. Duplicate charges, billing errors and legally required refunds will be corrected. Requests should include the account email, charge date and reason, but never client clinical information.
Data after cancellation
Cancelling payment does not itself request immediate data deletion. Users should export required information and use the Danger Zone only when they intend to delete the complete workspace, subject to the 24-hour recovery window.
