CareIL
Subprocessors
CareIL uses the following providers to operate the service. Optional providers process data only when the related feature is enabled.
Railway
Purpose: application hosting, networking and persistent storage. Data: account and tenant data required to operate CareIL. Processing locations depend on the selected Railway deployment region and provider infrastructure.
Resend
Purpose: transactional email delivery and delivery diagnostics. Data: recipient email address, message content and delivery metadata. Therapists should avoid placing unnecessary clinical details in email.
Purpose: optional Google Calendar OAuth and event synchronization. Data: authorization tokens and event information selected by CareIL. Google is used only after the therapist connects an account.
Changes
CareIL will update this page before or when a material subprocessor change takes effect and will identify the current document version. Questions or legally grounded objections may be sent to the privacy contact.
