Accessibility Statement
CareIL aims to provide an accessible service and is being improved toward WCAG and Israeli Standard 5568 level AA practices.
Measures
The service uses semantic headings, labelled controls, keyboard-operable navigation, responsive layouts, visible focus behavior, text alternatives and support for browser zoom where implemented.
Known limitations
Some legacy administrative screens and third-party components may not yet fully meet the target. CareIL does not claim completed certification or a formal accessibility audit at this stage.
Assistance and feedback
If a user encounters an accessibility barrier, contact the accessibility address below with the page, device and problem. CareIL will make reasonable efforts to provide an accessible alternative and correct the issue.
